1Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Kriaya platform and all associated services. By accessing the Kriaya website, creating an account, playing any game, or using any service, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

• Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and no balance will be returned.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposited funds must come from your own payment account. Payments made through a third party are not accepted.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Identity verification is required for first-time or large withdrawals.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirement is fully met.

6Bonuses & Promotions
